- Take a moment of gratitude - intentionally think about what you are thankful for in your life, in all areas.
- Life of loved ones - imagine a golden light surrounding them as they go about their day.
- Think about what success would look like for you today? What does it feel like? Visualize that feeling, that experience.
- Simply be present, be still - notice the rise and fall of the breath, sounds of the room or outdoors...just be present.
